摘 要:聚甲醛(POM)是一种力学性能、耐磨耐腐蚀性能、电性能等综合性能非常优异的塑料,但自润滑性较差。本文采用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)对POM进行改性,PTFE与POM按比例共混后制备润滑性能优异的POM/PTFE复合材料。对复合材料力学性能、摩擦磨损性能、结晶性能测试后,发现POM/PTFE复合材料随PTFE的占比越大,复合材料的拉伸强度越低,力学性能变差,但耐磨损性能大幅提高。这是因为POM/PTFE复合材料在摩擦时,由于PTFE分子链容易滑动,PTFE分子链改变原有的位置,在摩擦面聚集形成一层光滑膜,所以两材料间的摩擦系数降低,材料的使用寿命增加了。Polyoxymethylene(POM)is a kind of plastic with excellent mechanical properties,wear and corrosion resistance,electrical properties and other comprehensive properties,but its self-lubricating property is poor.In this paper,POM is modified by polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE),and POM/PTFE composites with excellent lubricating properties are prepared by blending PTFE and POM in proportion.After testing the mechanical properties,friction and wear properties and crystallization properties of the composites,it is found that the larger the proportion of POM/PTFE composites with PTFE,the lower the tensile strength of the composites,the worse the mechanical properties,but the wear resistance is greatly improved.This is because the PTFE molecular chain is easy to slide during the friction of POM/PTFE composites.The PTFE molecular chain changes its original position and gathers on the friction surface to form a smooth film.Therefore,the friction coefficient between the two materials is reduced and the service life of the material is increased.
