摘　　要：本文依据制品件的外形构造特征、一色与二色的位置关系,将双色塑料制品分类归结为5个形状等级,各形状有着不同的适用装置,各模腔换位装置的应用范围、生产效率等方面也有各自的特点,制品形状与换位装置二者如何达到较优的匹配应用,是注塑成型领域的从业者应当细致考虑的问题。In this paper,according to the shape and structural characteristics of products and the positional relationship between one color and two colors,the two-color plastic products are classified into five shape grades.Each shape has different applicable devices,and each mold cavity transposition device also has its own characteristics in terms of application scope and production efficiency.How to achieve better matching application between product shape and transposition device,it is a problem that practitioners in the field of injection molding should consider carefully.
