摘  要:通过选择不同种类尼龙树脂、填充物、润滑剂、抗氧剂及特殊助剂,研究了其对尼龙复合材料介电常数的影响,考察了材料在5G应用中的介电性能实用性和经济性。结果显示,尼龙种类对湿态下的介电常数影响较大;不同种类填充物对介电常数影响大;不同润滑剂和抗氧剂对介电常数的影响在干湿两种状态下差别较大;采用某些特殊助剂如多元醇、多元胺、发泡剂可以显著降低材料的介电常数。By selecting different kinds of nylon resins,fillers,lubricants,antioxidants and special additives,this paper studies their effects on the dielectric constant of nylon composites,and investigates the dielectric properties,practicability and economy of the materials in 5G application.The results show that the type of nylon has a great influence on the dielectric constant in wet state;Different kinds of fillers have great influence on dielectric constant;The effects of different lubricants and antioxidants on dielectric constant are quite different in dry and wet states;Using some special additives such as polyol,polyamine and foaming agent can significantly reduce the dielectric constant of the material.
