摘 要:采用等体积浸渍法制备了钯炭和钯氧化铝催化剂,用催化加氢合成对二甲氨基苯甲酸乙酯的反应评价了催化剂的性能,考察了钯含量和镍添加量对催化剂性能的影响。采用BET,CO化学吸附和XRD等手段对催化剂的性质进行了表征。结果表明,在相同钯负载量(3%)的条件下,钯氧化铝催化剂上对二甲胺苯甲酸乙酯的收率为99.2%比钯炭催化剂(65.2%)高,钯含量为3%时催化剂具有较高的性价比,在保证对二甲氨基苯甲酸乙酯收率的前提下,镍添加量为1%时,有利于降低钯含量从而降低催化剂成本。Pd/C and Pd/Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts were prepared by impregnation method;the catalyst performance was evaluated by the hydrogenation reaction of the synthesis of p-Dimethylaminobenzoate(EDB).The effect of Pd and Ni content on the catalysts was investigated.The catalysts were characterized by BET,CO chemisorption and XRD.The results showed that with the same Pd loading(3%),the EDB yield on the Pd/Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst is 99.1%,which is higher than that of Pd/C(65.2%)catalyst.The catalyst has a higher cost performance when the Pd content is 3%.On the premise of ensuring the EDB yield,the appropriate Ni addition is 1%,which is beneficial to reduce the Pd content and the cost of the catalyst.
