摘 要:目前对苦杏仁的研究主要集中在苦杏仁苷、脂肪、挥发油等成分,其中对苦杏仁苷的药理作用研究较多,但其药理作用机制尚需进一步研究。对苦杏仁中黄酮类成分只进行了总黄酮提取优化的研究,对其具体化学成分研究较少。苦杏仁皮中含有丰富的对人体有益的生物活性物质,但苦杏仁皮利用率很低,造成较大的浪费。此综述对近几年苦杏仁的化学成分和药理作用方面的研究进行综述,希望为后人发掘苦杏仁中新的活性物质提供参考,减少资源浪费。At present,researches on Armeniacae semen amarum mainly focus on amygdalin,fat,volatile oil and so on.The pharmacological effects of amygdalin are more studied,but the mechanism of its pharmacological action needs further study.The optimum extraction of total flavonoids from Armeniacae semen amarum was studied,but the specific chemical constituents were seldom studied.The Armeniacae semen amarum Peel contains rich biological active substances which are beneficial to human body,but the utilization rate of Armeniacae semen amarum peel is very low,which results in great waste.In this review,the chemical constituents and pharmacological actions of Armeniacae Semen Amarum in recent years were reviewed in order to provide references for exploring new active substances in Armeniacae Semen Amarum and to reduce the waste of resources.
