返乡大学生创业培训的问题审视与路径选择

摘　　要：近年来,我国返乡大学生创业培训在国家的积极推动和培训机构的自觉参与下有较大进展。通过深入的问卷调研发现,返乡大学生创业培训存在培训机构数量不足、优质培训资源不多、培训教学质量不高、培训管理规范性不强等问题。为此,应采取加强政策和经费扶持、充分合理配置优质培训教学资源、提升培训教学质量、规范项目运行等措施,以充分保障返乡大学生创业培训权益,助推返乡大学生成功创业。In recent years, the entrepreneurship training for returning-home college students in China has made great progress, which is actively promoted by the state, consciously participated by training institutions, and strongly echoed by the society. From the questionnaire survey, some problems are found in the entrepreneurship training of returning college students, such as lack of training institutions, lack of high-quality training resources, poor quality of training and teaching, and lack of standardization of training management. Therefore, measures should be taken to strengthen policy and financial support, reasonably and fully allocate high-quality teaching resources, improve the quality of teaching, and standardize the operation of the project,so as to fully protect the rights and interests of return-home college students’ entrepreneurship training, and promote the successful entrepreneurship of returning-home college students.
