摘 要:白藜芦醇是一种非黄酮类多酚有机化合物,广泛存在于虎杖、葡萄等多种药用植物中,口服容易吸收,代谢后可通过尿液及粪便排出。白藜芦醇药理活性十分广泛,主要包括抗炎、抗凋亡、抗过敏、抗癌、抗菌、抗氧化、免疫调节及保肝作用等。近些年来研究发现白藜芦醇对一些呼吸系统疾病有一定的保护作用,本文就白藜芦醇在呼吸系统疾病中的药理作用及作用机制作一综述,为白藜芦醇在呼吸系统疾病中的应用提供参考。Resveratrol is a kind of non-flavonoid polyphenol organic compound,and widely exists in many medicinal plants such as Polygonum cuspidatum and grape.It is easily absorbed by oral administration,and can be excreted by urine and feces after metabolism.Resveratrol has a wide range of pharmacological activities,including anti-inflammatory,anti-apoptotic,anti-allergic,anti-cancer,antibacterial,antioxidant,immunomodulatory,and hepatoprotective effects.In recent years,studies have found that resveratrol has certain protective effects on some respiratory diseases.This paper reviews the pharmacological effects and mechanism of resveratrol in respiratory diseases,so as to provide references for the application of resveratrol in respiratory diseases.
