基于Python共词分析在耳穴压豆中医护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探索耳穴压豆中医护理采取基于Python共词分析产生的实际效果。方法选取居住在洪梅社区患者80例,均在2019年3月至2021年10月经广东医学院附属厚街医院诊断和初步治疗,后转介洪梅镇社区卫生服务中心进行巩固治疗,按照入院顺序分为两组,各40例。对照组男22例,女18例,年龄(62.12±10.11)岁,采用传统耳穴压豆中医护理;观察组男24例,女16例,年龄(62.15±10.13)岁,基于Python共词分析耳穴压豆中医护理。分析两组患者护理后满意度和护理效果。结果观察组在基于Python共词分析耳穴压豆护理操作后护理满意度为90.0%(36/40),护理效果总有效率为95.0%(38/40),均高于对照组70.0%(28/40)、75.0%(30/40),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于Python共词分析耳穴压豆中医护理能够提高护理效果,保证患者护理满意度,值得应用。Objective To explore the practical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing of auricular point pressing with coxherb seeds based on Python co-word analysis.Methods A total of 80 patients were selected from Hongmei community,they were diagnosed and treated primarily in Dongguan Houjie Hospital from March 2019 to October 2021,and then transferred to Community Health Service Center of Hongmei Town for consolidation treatment.According to the order of admission,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group consisted of 22 males and 18 females,aged(62.12±10.11)years.The observation group consisted of 24 males and 16 females,aged(62.15±10.13)years.The control group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing of auricular point pressing with coxherb seeds,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing of auricular point pressing with coxherb seeds based on Python co-word analysis.The satisfaction and nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed after nursing.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 90.0%(36/40),and the total effective rate of nursing effect was 95.0%(38/40),which were higher than those of the control group[70.0%(28/40)and 75.0%(30/40)],with statistically significant differences(both P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing of auricular point pressing with coxherb seeds based on Python co-word analysis can improve the nursing effect and ensure the nursing satisfaction of patients,so it is worthy of application.
