摘 要:以采自内蒙古自治区乌珠穆沁、吉林省长岭的两份羊草种子为对象进行低温和光照处理,统计发芽与幼苗生长状况,并对其主要萌发指标进行隶属函数分析,探究低温和光照对羊草种子萌发的影响。结果表明,全黑暗和低温全黑暗可明显提高两份羊草种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽速率、发芽指数、活力指数和苗长,但均抑制了根长;隶属函数综合评价表明,乌珠穆沁羊草种子萌发条件低温全黑暗>全黑暗>低温全光照>全光照>低温>光-暗交替,长岭羊草种子则为全黑暗>低温全黑暗>低温全光照>低温>全光照>光-暗交替。In order to explore the effect of low temperature and light on seed germination of Leymus chinensis,two seeds from Wuzhumuqin and Changling were treated with low temperature and light to calculate the germination and seedling growth,and the main germination characteristics were analyzed by membership function.The results showed that full darkness and low temperature and full darkness could significantly improve the germination percentage,germination potential,germination rate,germination index,vigor index and seedlings length of two Leymus chinensis seeds,but all inhibit the root length.The comprehensive evaluation showed that the order of affected seeds from Wujumuqin was low-temperature and full darkness>full darkness>low-temperature and full-light>full-light>low-temperature>alternation of light and dark;the order of affected seeds from Changling was full darkness>low-temperature and full darkness>low temperature and full light>low temperature>full light>alternation of light and dark.
