摘 要:在精粗比一定的情况下,以20%葵花籽壳+20%酒糟或小叶锦鸡儿或苜蓿分别替代40%玉米秸秆制成三种混合颗粒饲料,并以玉米秸秆颗粒饲料作为对照,饲喂绒山羊羔羊后测定其营养水平、消化性能、代谢性能以及生产性能等指标,综合评定组合效果。结果表明:各试验组的粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);羔羊对各试验组饲料的粗蛋白消化率、中性洗涤纤维消化率、氮代谢率、日采食量、日增重、饲料转化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),说明3个试验组配方均明显优于对照组,可在各自饲料原料来源丰富的地区推广;尽管各试验组之间差异不显著,但基于日采食量、日增重和饲料转化率三项重要指标,认为葵花籽壳+苜蓿、葵花籽壳+酒糟的组合效果较好,葵花籽壳+小叶锦鸡儿的组合效果相对较差。In the case of a certain ratio of concentration to roughage,three mixed pellet feeds were prepared with 20%sunflower husks and 20%distiller’s grains or Caragana microphylla or alfalfa replacing 40%corn stover respectively.The corn stover pellet feed was used as the control.After feeding lambs,the indexes such as indicators of nutrient levels,digestive performance,metabolic performance and production performance were measured to comprehensively evaluate the combination effect.The results showed that the crude protein,ether extract content in each experimental groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the crude protein digestibility,neutral detergent fiber digestibility,nitrogen metabolism rate,daily feed intake,daily gain and feed conversion rate of lambs in each experimental groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the formulas of the three experimental groups were better than those of the control group,which could be promoted in the regions with abundant feed materials.Although there was no significant difference among the experimental groups,based on three important indexes of daily feed intake,daily gain and feed conversion rate,it was considered that the combination effect of sunflower husks+alfalfa and sunflower husks+distiller’s grains were better,while the combination effect of sunflower husks+Caragana microphylla was relatively poor.
