摘  要:为实现对智能阀门无刷电机的性能测试与分析,该文构建了无刷电机检测的硬件系统,设计了电机电能参量、转速与动态扭矩等的测量电路;采用Modbus-RTU协议实现上位机与下位机之间的通讯,实现了模拟负载变化下相关参数的全面测量;基于VB.Net与Measurement Studio系统开发平台,混合编程开发上位机应用程序,实现了电机输出转速、转矩等参数的采集、显示与分析,电机动态特性和静态特性的分析与研究,为确保智能阀门无刷电机的质量提供了可靠保证。经实验验证,本系统运行效果良好,具有较好的实用价值。In order to test and analyze the performance of intelligent valve brushless motor,the hardware system of brushless motor detection is constructed,and the measurement circuit of motor power parameters,speed and dynamic torque is designed.Modbus-RTU protocol is used to realize the communication between the upper computer and the lower computer,and the comprehensive measurement of relevant parameters under the simulated load change is realized.Based on VB.Net and Measurement Studio system development platform,the upper computer application program is developed by mixed programming.The acquisition,display and analysis of motor output speed,torque and other parameters are realized.The analysis and research of motor dynamic characteristics and static characteristics are realized,which provides a reliable guarantee for ensuring the quality of intelligent valve brushless motor,it has good practical value.
