涡街流量计在贸易计量上的应用

摘　　要：由于能源价格的不断上涨,用能成本已经成为众多工业企业的主要运营成本之一,对于能源的计量也越来越成为社会的关注焦点,能源计量器具的配备合理与否、计量准确与否与企业的切身利益息息相关。涡街流量计由于原始信号为数字信号,具有测量精度高、补偿计算简单、异常状况时易于分析的优势,在能源的贸易计量上占有一席之地。该文介绍了涡街流量计的测量原理,分析了涡街流量计在贸易计量上的优势,以及涡街流量计应用于贸易计量时的注意事项。Due to the continuous rise of energy prices,energy consumption cost has become one of the main operating costs of many industrial enterprises.The measurement of energy has increasingly become the focus of society.Whether the allocation of energy measuring instruments is reasonable and whether the measurement is accurate is closely related to the vital interests of enterprises.Because the original signal of vortex flowmeter is digital signal,it has the advantages of high measurement accuracy,simple compensation calculation and easy analysis in abnormal conditions.It occupies a place in the trade measurement of energy.This paper introduces the measurement principle of vortex flowmeter,analyzes the advantages of vortex flowmeter in trade measurement,and the matters needing attention when vortex flowmeter is applied to trade measurement.
