摘　　要：目的介绍自制肛周一体式冲洗喷雾器的构造及其应用效果。方法抽取2019年4月至2020年4月于郑州大学附属肿瘤医院住院治疗的急性白血病化疗患者179例, 依据肛周感染预防或治疗措施分为两组。对照组89例使用坐浴盆进行肛周坐浴治疗, 观察组90例采用自制肛周一体式冲洗喷雾器进行肛周冲洗和喷雾治疗。统计两组肛周感染预防或治疗措施依从性、不良事件、患者满意度分布情况及肛周感染发生率。结果观察组治疗频次、持续时间、治疗体位分布例数与对照组比较, χ^(2)=5.273、7.343、9.422, P<0.05。观察组不良事件例数少于对照组(P<0.05), 观察组对治疗措施满意例数多于对照组(P=0.007)。对照组肛周感染率为4.49%(4/89), 观察组肛周感染率为3.30%(3/90)。结论急性白血病患者应用肛周一体式冲洗喷雾器可增加患者治疗依从性及满意度, 减少不良事件。Objective To Introduce the construction of self-made integrated perianal douching sprayer and investigate its application effect.Methods A total of 179 acute leukemia chemotherapy patients who were hospitalized in the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Zhengzhou University from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the prevention or treatment of perianal infection.Eighty-nine cases in the control group were treated with bidet for perianal sitz bath treatment,and 90 cases in the observation group were treated with self-made integrated perianal douching sprayer for perianal irrigation and spray treatment.The perianal infection prevention or treatment measures compliance,adverse events,patient satisfaction distribution and the incidence of perianal infection of the two groups were counted.Results Comparison of the number of treatment frequency,duration,and treatment position distribution in the observation group,χ^(2)=5.273,7.343,9.422,P<0.05.The number of distribution cases of treatment frequency,duration,and treatment position in the observation group were compared with that in the control group,χ^(2)=5.273,7.343,9.422,P<0.05.The number of adverse events in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of cases in the observation group who were satisfied with the treatment measures was more than that in the control group(P=0.007).The perianal infection rate in the control group was 4.49%(4/89),and that in the observation group was 3.30%(3/90).Conclusions The use of integrated perianal douching sprayer in patients with acute leukemia can increase patients’compliance and satisfaction,and reduce adverse events.
