耳廓矫形器治疗小儿先天性耳廓畸形的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨耳廓矫形器治疗小儿先天性耳廓畸形的临床效果。方法回顾性纳入2020年1月至2020年12月河南大学淮河医院收治的先天性耳廓畸形患儿33例(61耳), 根据患儿年龄大小分为三组。A组11例(20耳), 年龄3~30 d;B组11例(21耳), 年龄31~90 d;C组11例(20耳), 年龄91~180 d。比较三组矫正效果、矫正时间、反弹、不良反应情况。结果 A组矫正有效率为100%(20/20), B组为85.71%(18/21), C组为65.00%(13/20)。A组矫正时间短于B、C组(P<0.05), B组患儿的矫正时间短于C组(P<0.05)。矫正完成后随访3个月, A组反弹率低于B、C组(P<0.05), B组反弹率低于C组(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率A组>B组>C组, 但组间比较P>0.05。结论耳廓矫形器治疗小儿先天性耳廓畸形具有较好的临床效果和安全性, 且矫正开始的时间较早, 矫正有效率越高, 矫正时间越短, 反弹率越低。Objective To investigate the effect of auricle orthosis on children with congenital auricle deformity.Methods A retrospectively enrolled 33 children(61 ears)with congenital auricle deformity admitted to Huaihe Hospital of Henan University from January 2020 to December 2020 were divided into three groups according to their age.Eleven cases in group A(20 ears),aged 3-30 days;11 cases in group B(21 ears),aged 31-90 d;11 cases in group C(20 ears),aged 91-180 d.The correction effects,correction time,rebound,and adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results The correction effective rate in the group A was 100%(20/20),that in the group B was 85.71%(18/21),and that in the group C was 65.00%(13/20).The correction time in the group A was shorter than that in the group B and group C(P<0.05),and the correction time in the group B was shorter than that in the group C(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up after the correction,the rebound rate in the group A was lower than that in the group B and group C(P<0.05),and the rebound rate in the group B was lower than that in the group C(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A>B>C,but the comparison between the two groups was P>0.05.Conclusions Auricle orthosis has a good clinical effect nd safety on children with congenital deformity.The correction starts the earlier,auricle orthosis has higher correction efficiency,shorter correction time,the lower the rebound rate.
