开创中医眼科老年眼病学研究的新时代

摘　　要：人口老龄化为我国中西医结合防治老年眼病带来了一定的机遇和挑战。中西医结合防治老年眼病因其既能体现西医靶点治疗的有效性,又能彰显中医整体观念、辨证论治的两大原则及“未病先防,既病防变”的治未病思想,从而具有独到的优势。中医学认为随着年龄增长,机体的五脏六腑功能衰退,目病也由之生。故本文从中医学对老年眼病的认识,到笔者根据自身科研及临床经验剖析中西医结合防治年龄相关性白内障(ARC)、年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)、糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)、视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)等常见老年眼病的研究机制、疾病治疗特色等,并对中西医结合防治老年眼病的未来发展提出思考与展望,以期与同道共同努力,开创中医眼科老年眼病学研究的新时代。The aging population has brought certain opportunities and challenges for the prevention and treatment of senile eye diseases in China with integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) and Western Medicine. The prevention and treatment of senile eye diseases with integrated TCM and Western Medicine has unique advantages because it can not only reflect the effectiveness of target treatment of Western Medicine, but also highlight the overall concept of TCM, the two principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment, and the idea of "prevention before disease, prevention of change after disease". It is believed by TCM theory that with age, the functions of the body’s internal organs decline, and eye diseases also arise from it. Therefore, this article reviewed the understanding of senile eye diseases in TCM, and analyzed the research mechanism and treatment characteristics of common senile eye diseases, such as age-related cataract(ARC),age-related macular degeneration(AMD), diabetic retinopathy(DR), retinal vein occlusion(RVO),based on my own scientific research and clinical experience of integrated TCM and Western Medicine in the prevention and treatment of those diseases. Certain thoughts and prospects were put forward on the future development of integrated TCM and Western Medicine in the prevention and treatment of senile ophthalmology, in order to work together with other ophthalmic colleagues to creat a new era of TCM ophthalmology.
