摘 要:通过考察三个村庄的农业生产组织形式,分析家庭经营与规模经营的成功与失败之道,其中劳动力的雇佣、管理和监督是关键所在。家庭经营的优势在于扎根于村庄的社会基础之上,充分利用了农民"内外有别"的行动伦理。经过案例的对比可知,外来企业的规模经营只要遵循这些伦理,也有可能通过"扎根"而获得成功。行动伦理也为中国特色的农业现代化道路提供了伦理资源。This article examines the forms of agricultural production organization in three villages,analyzes the success and failure of household operation and scale operation,and points out that the employment,management and supervision of labor force are the key points.The advantage of household operation lies in its being rooted in the social foundation of its village,and also its full use of the farmers’action ethics that"distinctions must be made between the inside and the outside".Through case comparisons,this article believes that as long as the scale operation of the outside companies follows these ethics,it is possible for them to achieve success by"getting rooted in the social foundation of their villages".And action ethics also provides ethical resources for the path to agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics.
