摘 要:以盐碱地栽培的酿酒葡萄‘北玺’为试材,探究叶面喷施不同浓度氨基酸钙对其光合作用和果实品质的影响。结果表明,氨基酸钙处理明显降低了叶片的相对电导率和丙二醛含量,提高了全钙和全氮含量,使叶片的比叶重、叶绿素含量明显提高。40mg/L氨基酸钙处理显著提高了叶片的叶绿素含量和1,5-二磷酸核酮糖羧化/加氧酶(Rubisco)、1,5-二磷酸核酮糖羧化/加氧酶活化酶(RCA)的活性,使净光合速率显著提高,同时,葡萄果实总糖、花色苷、单宁、总酚含量显著增加。综上,盐碱地酿酒葡萄叶面喷施40mg/L氨基酸钙,可有效缓解盐碱胁迫伤害,提高叶绿素含量、光合作用关键酶活性,促进光合作用,进而改善果实品质。In this paper, the effects of different concentration of calcium amino acid on the photosynthesis and berry quality of ‘Beixi’ wine grapevine cultivate in saline-alkali soil were studied. The results indicated that the relative electrical conductivity and the MDA content in the leaves spayed by calcium amino acid under saline-alkali stress were obviously reduced, and the total calcium and nitrogen content, chlorophyll content, specific leaf weight were significantly increased. The content of chlorophyll, Rubisco and RCA activities with 40 mg/L calcium amino acid treatment were significantly increased, Pn were significantly increased too, and content of the total sugar, anthocyanins, tannins and total phenols in berry at harvest time were significantly increased. So, it is concluded that sprayed of suitable concentration of calcium amino acid can improve the grape leaf photosynthesis and berry quality through improves saline-alkali tolerance, and increased the chlorophyll content, activities of key enzymes in photosynthesis.
