摘 要:设备检修管理直接关乎设备的安全、可靠、稳定、环保、经济运行,不出故障依赖合规运行与高效的检修维护,是实现企业生产经营效益最大化的重要途径。通过对一起设备检修后的异常温差现象进行分析,根据缺陷原因排查可能存在的隐患因素,再逐一落实解决,避免了导致更大的设备故障发生,从检修实施过程中查找出管控缺陷,积累了设备检修闭环管理的经验,同时也达到了对参与机组各专业检修人员的管理教育启示的效果。Equipment maintenance management is directly related to the safe,reliable,stable,environmentally friendly,and economic operation of equipment.It is an important way to maximize the benefits of enterprise production and operation.By analyzing an abnormal temperature difference phenomenon after equipment maintenance,troubleshooting possible hidden factors according to the cause of the defect,and then implementing solutions one by one,avoiding the occurrence of greater equipment failures,finding management and control defects during the maintenance implementation process,and accumulating The experience in closed-loop management of equipment maintenance has also achieved the effect of management education enlightenment to the professional maintenance personnel participating in the unit.
