摘  要:对微压内循环反应器(MPR)进行单周期瞬时高浓度有机负荷冲击,通过提高进水有机负荷(以COD浓度计),考察冲击前后胞外聚合物(EPS)组分及含量变化,采取调节供氧量的方式应对冲击,分析供氧量与EPS变化之间的相关性。结果表明:在808.2~810.0、1212.0~1228.0、1586.0~1605.0 mg/L 3种有机负荷瞬时冲击下,冲击后EPS组分中蛋白质(PN)含量无明显变化,多糖(PS)的峰值增量与有机负荷大小有一定相关性,有机负荷冲击越大,PS峰值增量越大,PS峰值越高,EPS恢复至冲击前的时间越长;相同有机负荷下提高供氧量,PS的峰值增量减小,PS峰值变低,恢复至冲击前所需的时间缩短。A single-cycle instantaneous high-concentration organic load impact was performed on the micro-pressure internal circulation reactor(MPR).By increasing the influent organic load(calculated by COD concentration),the composition and content change of the extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)before and after the impact were investigated,the oxygen supply was adjusted to deal with the impact and the correlation between oxygen supply and EPS change was analyzed.The results showed that:under the instantaneous organic load of 808.2-810.0,1212.0-1228.0,1586.0-1605.0 mg/L,the content of protein(PN)in the EPS after impact did not change significantly,but the peak increment of polysaccharides(PS)had a certain correlation with the organic load.The greater the organic load impact,the greater the peak increment of PS,the higher the peak PS,and the longer it took for EPS to recover time to before the impact.When the oxygen supply was increased under the same organic load,the peak increment of PS decreased,the peak PS became lower,and the time required to recover to that before the impact was shortened.
