摘 要:印染废水处理普遍采用水解酸化工艺,针对现有水解酸化工艺布水不均、处理效率低等问题,利用计算流体力学(CFD)方法,对多种布水工况下水解酸化反应器内固液流动状态进行数值模拟分析,确定最佳布水点数;通过现场中试对CFD模拟结果进行验证,考察了中试设备运行期间印染废水处理效果及微生物群落结构变化。结果表明,多点布水有利于泥水混合均匀,提高传质效率,对于1.20 m(长)×1.20 m(宽)×3.35 m(高)的反应器,9点布水即可达到均匀布水效果。相比污水处理厂单点布水水解酸化池,中试设备的处理效率显著改善,其中挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)产量、可生化性及脱色率分别提高至原来的2.7、1.1、2.2倍。随着中试设备稳定运行,微生物群落结构发生变化,红假单胞菌属(Rhodopseudomonas)成为优势菌群。The hydrolysis acidification(HA)process is commonly used in the treatment of dyeing wastewater.In order to solve the problem of water distribution nonuniformity and low treatment efficiency in current HA process,the solid-liquid fluid state in the HA reactor under various water distribution conditions was numerically simulated by computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method,and the optimal points of water distribution were determined.Subsequently,dyeing wastewater was used as the treatment object,the numerical simulation results were verified through the pilot test,and the treatment effect and microbial community structure were investigated during the operation of the pilot equipment.The results indicated that multi-point water distribution was conducive to uniform mixing of sludge-water,and improve mass transfer efficiency.For a specific HA reactor of 1.20 m(length)×1.20 m(width)×3.35 m(height),the uniformity of water distribution could be achieved by using 9 points.Compared with local HA tank with 1 point,the treatment efficiency of the pilot equipment was significantly improved,with yields of VFAs,the biodegradability and the decolorization rate 2.7,1.1 and 2.2 times of local HA tank,respectively.The microbial community structure varied significantly with the stable operation of the pilot equipment,and the dominant species was Rhodopseudomonas.
