摘 要:不同类型的皮革化工材料的结构存在很大差异,对黄牛鞋面革物理机械性能的影响也各有侧重。本文分别以坯革增厚率、柔软度、撕裂力、抗张强度为评价项目,研究了矿物鞣剂、聚丙烯酸树脂鞣剂、氨基树脂鞣剂各自的最佳配伍方案及其填充时间,以期能够为制革生产中复鞣、填充材料的选择及工艺设计提供参考依据。There were great differences in the structure of different types of leather chemical materials,thus the influence on the physical mechanical properties of cattle shoe upper leather also had emphasis.In this paper,the thicken ingrate,softness,tearing load and tensile strength of the crust were taken as the evaluation items.The optimum compatibility scheme and filling time of mineral tanning agent,polyacrylic resin tanning agent and amino resin tanning agent were studied.It was expected to provide a reference basis for selecting of retanning and filling materials and de-signing process in leather production.
