参黄金屏颗粒对肺脾气虚型反复呼吸道感染患儿的临床疗效及相关免疫指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察参黄金屏颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效及免疫指标的影响。方法:将符合诊断的70例患儿随机分为2组。观察组35例采用参黄金屏颗粒治疗,对照组35例采用槐杞黄颗粒治疗,治疗8 w后观察血清免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)和T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8)。随访12个月记录呼吸道感染次数、平均病程和病情(病种)、中医证候疗效、中医证候积分。结果:与治疗前比较,两组治疗后血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM和T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8水平均明显升高(P<0.05),CD8水平及中医证候积分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗后与对照组比较,观察组的IgA、IgG、IgM和CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8水平均明显升高(P<0.05),CD8水平和中医证候积分明显降低(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率(88.2%)明显高于对照组有效率(66.7%)(P<0.05)。观察组在改善患儿发病次数、病程、病种优于对照组药物(P<0.05)。结论:参黄金屏颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染对提高小儿免疫功能疗效确切,具有显著的临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenhuang Jinping Granules in the treatment of repeated respiratory tract infection in children due to Feipiqixu(肺脾气虚)and their effects on related immune indexes.Methods:Seventy children meeting the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the observation group(n=35)and the control group(n=35)and they were separately treated with Shenhuang Jinping Granules and Huaiqihuang Granules.After eight weeks,the serum immunoglobulins(IgA,IgG,and IgM)and T lymphocyte subsets(CD3,CD4,CD8,and CD4/CD8)were observed.During the 12-month follow-up,the frequency of respiratory tract infection,average course of disease and disease entities,curative effect of TCM syndrome,and TCM syndrome score were recorded.Results:Compared with the situations before treatment,the serum immunoglobulins IgA,IgG,and IgM and T lymphocyte subsets CD3,CD4,and CD4/CD8 levels in both groups after treatment were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the CD8 levels and TCM syndrome scores were significantly decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group exhibited obviously elevated IgA,IgG,IgM,CD3,CD4,and CD4/CD8(P<0.05),but lowered CD8 and TCM syndrome score(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 88.2%,significantly higher than 66.7%of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group in improving the incidence,course,and entities of the disease(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenhuang Jinping Granules have been proved effective in improving the immune function of children with repeated respiratory tract infection.
