摘　　要：都梁方源于《是斋百一选方》,由白芷单味药材组成,炼蜜为丸名"都梁丸",能祛风散寒,主诸风眩晕。现代都梁方制剂出自《北京市中药成方选集》,由白芷、川芎2味组成,能散风止痛,主治感冒风寒、头痛眩晕、鼻塞不通、身热倦怠。其制剂主要包括都梁丸、都梁滴丸和都梁软胶囊等,现代临床上广泛用于偏头痛、慢性紧张型头痛等头痛类疾病。本方主要化学成分包括香豆素类、有机酸类、挥发油类、苯酞类、多糖类等,药理研究表明,本品具有镇痛、抗炎、调节血管舒缩相关因子、内源性痛觉调制系统相关神经递质、改善血液粘度与血流动力学及抑菌解痉等其他药理学作用。本文概述了现代都梁方制剂的处方来源、组成、成方药材的道地产区、生产区划及资源概况,制备工艺剂型改革、化学成分、质量控制研究在内的都梁方制剂现代药学研究,其药理作用和安全性评价以及临床应用,以期为该复方的进一步研究与临床推广提供参考。Duliang Fang is first recorded in Shi Zhai Bai Yi Xuan Fang in the Song Dynasty and is only composed of Baizhi(白芷).Duliang Pill,prepared with honey,is effective in Qufeng(祛风)and Sanhan(散寒),and is indicated for dizziness due to Feng(风).Modern preparations derived from Duliang Fang are recorded in the Selections of Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions and consist of Baizhi(白芷)and Chuanxiong(川芎).They are potent in Sanfeng(散风)and Zhitong(止痛)with main indications of cold due to Fenghan(风寒),headache,dizziness,nasal obstruction,fever,and tiredness.The preparations are mainly in the dosage forms of pills,dripping pills,and soft capsules and are widely applied in the treatment of headaches,such as migraine and chronic tension-type headache.The main chemical components include coumarins,organic acids,volatile oils,phthalides,and polysaccharides.As revealed by the pharmacological research,the preparations possess analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities,and can regulate vasomotion-related factors and neurotransmitters related to endogenous pain modulating system,improve blood viscosity and hemodynamics,inhibit the growth of bacteria,and relieve spasms.The present study summarized the origin and composition of modern preparations of Duliang Fang,the genuine producing areas of medicinal materials,production divisions,and resource profiles,reviewed modern pharmaceutical research on preparations of Duliang Fang including the development of the preparation technology and dosage form,chemical composition,and quality control,and elaborated their pharmacological effects,safety evaluation,and clinical application.The findings of this study are expected to provide references for further investigation and clinical promotion of the compound.
