摘  要:综述药食两用植物鱼腥草抗病毒作用的研究进展,为鱼腥草中化学成分作为抗病毒药物的研发和相关保健产品的开发提供思路。收集近30年鱼腥草抗病毒活性成分相关文献,对鱼腥草抗病毒的活性成分、药理作用机制及临床试验进行汇总和综述。发现鱼腥草水提物、挥发油提取物和乙醇提取物等在细胞水平通过干扰病毒的吸附和渗透、干扰病毒RNA复制、抑制病毒蛋白表达发挥抑制病毒活性作用,其中黄酮类和挥发油类成分具有较好的抗单纯疱疹病毒和流感病毒的作用,多糖类成分具有抗流感病毒和诺如病毒的作用,但都没有临床试验数据。鱼腥草中成药制剂的抗病毒研究主要以临床试验为主,其与西药联合缩短疗程,减少并发症和复发率。鱼腥草注射液临床上用于治疗流感引起的肺热咳喘,但是由于不良反应较大已被国家禁用。为了更好地挖掘鱼腥草的药用价值,还需多个实验室联合评价其有效性和安全性,为其中的活性成分作为先导化合物走向临床,进行更深入地机制研究。Objective:This paper reviewed the antiviral activities of the medicinal and edible Houttuynia cordata Thunb., which is expected to lay a basis for developing antiviral drugs and health products with the chemical ingredients of H. cordata. Articles on the antiviral ingredients of H. cordata in the past 30 years were retrieved. On this basis, the active ingredients, pharmacological mechanisms, and clinical trials of H. cordata were respectively summarized. In summary, the water extract, essential oil extract, and ethanol extract of H. cordata inhibit viruses by interfering virus adsorption and penetration, viral RNA replication, and viral protein expression. Among them, flavonoids and volatile oils excel in suppressing herpes simplex virus and influenza virus and polysaccharides have the anti-influenza virus and anti-norovirus activities despite no clinical evidence. As for the antiviral effect of Chinese patent medicine prepared with H. cordata, articles are mainly about clinical trials and the combination with western medicine to shorten the treatment course and reduce complications and recurrence rate. The injection prepared with this herb is mainly used for the treatment of lung–heat cough and panting caused by influenza, which, however, has been banned in China due to the severe adverse reactions. In order to further explore the medicinal value of H. cordata, we should pool efforts from multiple laboratories to evaluate the effect and safety and carry out in-depth research on the mechanism of the active components as lead compounds.
