摘 要:芸香科植物是含挥发油最多的植物之一,普遍都含有挥发油,其中柠檬烯(limonene)是广泛存在于芸香科植物中的一种天然单萜烯,也往往是芸香科植物挥发油作用时的关键物质。因柠檬烯来源广泛,提取简单,应用面广、实用价值高,近年来对其研究逐渐增多和深入,应用场景逐渐扩大,涵盖了食品、医药、农业等方面,通过对柠檬烯作用机制的研究,发现其与某些活性物质或细胞因子在作用过程中具有拮抗或协同作用,也使人们在应用柠檬烯时更为安全、有效,而柠檬烯作为一种天然物质,在应用过程中更具有优势,符合当代人们需求。本文主要综述了近年来对柠檬烯生物医药领域的应用,讨论了其存在的不足与未来发展趋势,为柠檬烯上述方面的研究与应用提供参考。Rutaceae is one of the plants that produce the most volatile oil.Limonene is a natural monoterpene widely found in rutaceae,which is also the key substance in the action of volatile oil in rutaceae.Due to the variety of limonene sources,the simple extraction method,the wide application and the high practical value,the research on limonene has been gradually increased in recent years.The application range has been gradually expanded,which covered the field of food,medicine,agriculture,etc.Through the research on the mechanism of limonene,the antagonistic or synergistic effects were observed between limonene and some active substances or cytokines,which made the use of limonene safe and effective.As a kind of natural material,limonene shows more advantages in the application process,which meets the demand of people.In this paper,the applications of limonene in biomedicine in recent years were reviewed,and its shortcomings and future development trends were discussed,providing a reference for the research and application of limonene in the above aspects.
