摘  要:一氧化氮是一种血管内皮舒张因子,具有扩张肺血管、降低肺动脉压力的作用,目前吸入一氧化氮治疗已广泛应用于足月儿及晚期早产儿的持续性肺动脉高压,但在早产儿领域的使用还存在争议。近年来有越来越多的关于早产儿吸入一氧化氮的研究,本文综述了近年来国内外的相关研究,探讨吸入一氧化氮在早产儿中应用的指征,并介绍潜在的不良反应,以期为临床工作提供指导。Nitric oxide is an endothelium-derived relaxing factor,which has the effect of dilating pulmonary vessels and reducing pulmonary artery pressure.Currently,inhaled nitric oxide has been widely used in the treatment of persistent pulmonary hypertension in term infants and late preterm infants,but its use in the field of preterm infants is still controversial.In recent years,there have been more and more studies on inhaled nitric oxide in premature infants.This review summarized the relevant studies at home and abroad in recent years,discussed the indications of inhaled nitric oxide in premature infants,and introduced the potential adverse reactions,in order to provide guidance for clinical work.
