摘　　要：国家级名中医姚晶莹教授为辽宁省著名儿科专家,为辽派儿科清润流派的创始人。姚老深受"金元四大家"中"滋阴派"的创立者朱丹溪先生学术思想的影响,认为小儿生理特点为稚阴稚阳,患儿病后多有伤阴表现,多伴有手足心热、盗汗、脾气大,舌红少苔,脉细数等症,故在治疗上认可朱丹溪的诊疗思路,推崇以清润疗法治疗小儿阴虚内热诸证,如支气管炎、肺炎、反复呼吸道感染、咽炎、哮喘、便秘、儿童抽动障碍等以阴虚内热证为主者。在近30余年的临床实践过程中,辽宁中医儿科团队在学术上进一步完善了"养阴清润"疗法的学术思想。刘焯教授在中医治疗儿童抽动障碍方面更有独到见解,针对素体阴虚或病程较长,临床以阴虚风动为主的抽动障碍患儿,治以养阴清润柔肝,熄风止动,用自拟方文静汤治疗,随证加减,疗效显著,推动了辽派中医儿科学术的发展。Professor YAO Jingying,a national famous traditional Chinese medicine,is a famous pediatric expert in our province and the founder of the Qingrun School of Pediatrics of Liao school.Under the influence and guidance of ZHU Danxi,one of the"four masters of Jin and Yuan Dynasty"and the founder of the"nourishing Yin school",YAO believes that the physiological characteristics of children are childlike Yin and childlike Yang.After illness,children often suffer from injury to Yin,accompanied by hand and foot heat,night sweat,big temper,red tongue,less moss,fine pulse count and other diseases.Therefore,she recognizes ZHU Danxi’s diagnosis and treatment ideas in treatment.Qingrun therapy is highly recommended for the treatment of various syndromes of Yin deficiency and internal heat in children,such as bronchitis,pneumonia,recurrent respiratory tract infection,pharyngitis,asthma,constipation,children’s tic disorder and so on.In the process of clinical practice for more than 30 years,Liaoning traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics team has further improved the academic idea of"nourishing Yin and clearing moisture"therapy.Professor LIU Zhuo has more unique views on the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of tic disorder.For the tic disorder children with Yin deficiency or long course of disease and mainly wind movement with Yin deficiency,the treatment is to nourish Yin,clear and moisten the liver and stop wind movement.The clinical application effect of Wenjing Decoction(文静汤)which is added and subtracted with the syndrome is remarkable.It can promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics of Liao school.
