摘　　要：围绝经期综合征指女性绝经前后因性激素波动或减少所致的一系列躯体及精神心理症状,中医称之为"绝经前后诸证"。汗证是指由于阴阳失调,腠理不固,而致汗液外泄失常的病症。龙江韩氏认为围绝经期汗证的发病机制主要是肝肾阴虚,阴虚则热,迫津外出,阴阳失衡,汗液不固。韩氏在治疗上以滋补肝肾为主,重视脾胃气血生化,同时佐以调和阴阳,敛阴止汗,临床治疗效果显著。Perimenopausal syndrome refers to a series of physical,mental and psychological symptoms caused by the fluctuation or decrease of sex hormones before and after menopause.It is called"pre and post menopausal syndromes"in traditional Chinese medicine.Sweat syndrome refers to the disorder of sweat leakage due to the imbalance of Yin and Yang and the lack of control.Longjiang Han’s Gynecology believes that the pathogenesis of perimenopausal sweat syndrome is mainly Yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Yin deficiency leads to heat,making the body fluid leaking,Yin and Yang imbalance,and sweat can not be controlled.Therefore,Han’s treatment is mainly to nourish the liver and kidney,pay attention to the biochemistry of Qi and blood in the spleen and stomach,and regulate Yin and Yang,collect Yin and stop sweating.The clinical treatment effect is remarkable.
