益气化瘀胶囊对气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究在气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者中使用益气化瘀胶囊治疗的临床价值。方法选取将2018年2月—2019年2月期间收入的80例气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者进行分组研究,每组40例,参照组开展常规西药治疗,治疗组开展益气化瘀胶囊治疗,对治疗组与参照组患者临床治疗情况进行比较。结果治疗组气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者临床治疗有效率统计值、中医证候积分、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)与参照组数据比较(P<0.05)。结论将益气化瘀胶囊用于治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛中获得显著价值。Objective To study the clinical value of Yiqi Huayu Capsule(益气化瘀胶囊)in the treatment of angina pectoris with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods Eighty patients with angina pectoris and angina pectoris with qi deficiency and blood stasis type from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled in this study.Each group received 40 patients.The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine.The experimental group The treatment of Yiqi Huayu Capsule was carried out,and the clinical treatment of the experimental group and the reference group were compared.Results In the experimental group,the statistical value of clinical treatment efficiency,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and reference group data of qi deficiency and blood stasis type coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris were compared(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huayu Capsule is of great value in the treatment of angina pectoris with qi deficiency and blood stasis.
