摘　　要：脓毒症是一种全身反应综合征,可引起内脏功能障碍,是许多患者和医生面临的主要问题。胃肠功能影响疾病的预后,成为治疗的关键。针药结合疗法在这方面起着重要作用。通过查阅文献,对近年来脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的发生机制及针药结合治疗进行了探讨。Sepsis is a systemic response syndromewhich can cause visceral dysfunction and is a major problem faced by many patients and doctors. Gastrointestinal function affects the prognosis of the disease and becomes the key to treatment. Combination therapy with acupuncture and medicine plays an important role in this. This article discussed the mechanism of gastrointestinal dysfunction in sepsis and combined therapy of acupuncture and medicine in recent years by consulting literature.
