基于生物-心理-社会的护理干预模式联合穴位敷贴对卵巢良性肿瘤单孔宫腔镜术后生理、社会功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究探讨基于生物-心理-社会的护理干预模式联合穴位敷贴对卵巢良性肿瘤单孔宫腔镜术后生理、社会功能的影响。方法选取2018年3月—2020年3月期间医院收治的92例卵巢良性肿瘤患者为研究对象,随即分为观察组和对照组各46例。患者经进行单孔宫腔镜手术治疗,对照组患者在术后进行穴位贴敷治疗,观察组在术后进行基于生物-心理-社会的护理干预模式联合穴位敷贴治疗。对两组患者的心理状态评分、生活质量评分、社会功能评分、护理满意度等进行统计对比。结果干预后患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表-14(HAMA-14)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表-17(HAMD-17)评分均低于护理干预前(P<0.05)。护理干预后观察组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干预后观察组患者大体功能评定量表(GAF)评分高于对照组,社会功能缺陷筛选表(SDSS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论基于生物-心理-社会的护理干预模式联合穴位敷贴对卵巢良性肿瘤单孔宫腔镜术后应用效果良好,能够改善患者的心理评分、提高生活质量和社会功能评分,护理满意度良好,可临床推荐。Objective To study the effect of biological psychological social nursing intervention mode combined with acupoint application on postoperative physiological and social functions of ovarian benign tumor after single hole hysteroscopy.Methods A total of 92 patients with benign ovarian tumor in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and then they were divided into observation group and control group,with 46 cases in each group.The patients of the two groups were treated with single hole hysteroscopy.Besides,the control group was treated with acupoint application,while the observation group was given the nursing intervention mode based on biological psychological society combined with acupoint application after operation.The psychological state score,quality of life score,social function score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically compared.Results Afterintervention,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the GAF score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the score of the social function defect screening table(SDSS)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention mode based on biological psychological society combined with acupoint application has a good effect on the application of ovarian benign tumor after single hole hysteroscopy,which can improve the psychological score,quality of life and social function score of patients,with good nursing satisfaction.It can be recommended clinically.
