冬虫夏草治疗慢性肾脏病的中医认识及药理学研究进展

摘　　要：慢性肾脏病是各种原因导致的慢性进行性肾实质不可逆改变的一种常见疾病,其发病率和病死率增长趋势惊人,因此延缓肾脏病进展尤为关键。目前现代医学治疗以严格控制血压、控制血糖、降脂治疗、纠正贫血,以及抗凝、改善微循环、控制肾单位高代谢为主,但临床疗效有限,仍不能满足社会和患者需要。中医药治疗在延缓肾功能进展方面有着明显优势,中医理论认为"肾气"盛衰在慢性肾脏病的进展中发挥重要作用,本虚标实得到了众多医家的认可。冬虫夏草性温,味甘,入肺、肾二经,善益精气、补肺肾虚损。历代医家多喜用冬虫夏草治疗慢性肾脏病。文章论述古今医家对冬虫夏草治疗慢性肾脏病的认识,发现其广泛应用于肺脾肾亏虚、气血阴阳虚衰之慢性肾脏病,并总结冬虫夏草治疗慢性肾脏病的药理与临床研究进展;目前对于冬虫夏草的研究主要集中在总成分的测定分析和药理作用方面,其治疗慢性肾脏病成分包括核苷、多糖、氨基酸等;治疗慢性肾脏病作用体现在抗炎、抗氧化、抗纤维化、抗细胞凋亡、抑制组织缺氧、调节糖脂代谢等方面。进一步深入探究冬虫夏草的作用机制,对指导临床治疗慢性肾脏病提供一条可行性思路,在改善肾脏功能、减缓慢性肾脏病的进程、提高慢性肾脏病患者的生活质量等方面具有重要意义。Chronic kidney disease(CKD) is a common disease which is caused by various causes of chronic progressive irreversible changes of renal parenchyma. The incidence and mortality increase dramatically, and so it is particularly important to delay the progression of kidney disease. At present, modern medical treatment mainly includes strict control of blood pressure, control of blood sugar, lipid-lowering treatment, correction of anemia, anticoagulation, improvement of microcirculation and control of nephron hypermetabolism. However, the clinical curative effect is limited and can not meet the needs of society and patients. Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in delaying the progress of renal function. Traditional Chinese medicine theory holds that the rise and fall of “kidney Qi” plays an important role in the progress of CKD,deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality is recognized by many doctors. Dongchong Xiacao(Cordyceps Sinensis) has warm nature and sweet taste. It can enter lung and kidney channels, which is good for the benefit of essence and Qi and replenishing the deficiency of lung and kidney. Doctors of the past generations prefer to treat chronic kidney disease with Dongchong Xiacao(Cordyceps Sinensis). This paper discussed the understanding of Dongchong Xiacao(Cordyceps Sinensis) in the treatment of CKD. It is found that it is widely used in chronic kidney disease with deficiency of lung, spleen and kidney, deficiency of Qi and blood, deficiency of Yin and Yang. It also summarizes the pharmacological and clinical research progress of Dongchong Xiacao(Cordyceps Sinensis) in the treatment of chronic kidney disease. At present, the research on Dongchong Xiacao(Cordyceps Sinensis) mainly focuses on the determination and analysis of the total components and pharmacological effects. The components of Dongchong Xiacao(Cordyceps Sinensis) include nucleosides, polysaccharides, amino acids, etc. The treatment of chronic kidney disease is reflected in anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-
