摘　　要："一带一路"既是一条经济开放合作、互惠互利之路,也是一条文明交流融合、互学互鉴之路。构建"一带一路"文化共同体是构建人类命运共同体的重要内容,既有客观的物质基础、深远的历史传承,也有厚重的人文底蕴、现实的外交优势。在"一带一路"共建实践中,加强语言互通是前提,拓展人文交流是纽带,培育文化共性是支点,增进文明互鉴是关键。中国和"一带一路"沿线国家在共商共建共享进程中,坚持以义为利,以文化人,不断推动民心相通,文化共同体建设终能结出硕果。The construction of the Belt and Road cultural community is important for the shared future of mankind.The task not only has its material basis and historical heritage,but also shows deep humanistic connotation and visible diplomatic advantages.We can jointly promote the Belt and Road cultural community by strengthening language communication,cultural exchange,and cultural consensus.This is a community in which people with different backgrounds would peacefully share their cultures and achieve their prosperity together.
