摘  要:同城配送蔬菜供应链新模式下生产者与消费者通过网上平台进行直接交易,取消了各级中间商,其模块化分区和设立站点进行冷链配送蔬菜,通过建立蔬菜基地为实现蔬菜同城配送和产销一体化创造了条件。本文基于对我国山东省蔬菜基地的212个农户调查数据,运用系统动力学构建新模式运行的因果关系图与流量存量图,并进行仿真模拟,研究结果显示:同城配送蔬菜供应链创新模式较传统电商供应链模式在成本控制和提高盈利水平等方面都具有明显的优势。该模式对促进农民增收、稳定农产品价格和抵御灾害带来的冲击风险方面等具有积极意义。Under the new model of intra-city distribution vegetable supply chain, producers and consumers conduct direct transactions through online platforms, eliminating middlemen at all levels, and modularizing and setting up sites for cold-chain distribution of vegetables.The establishment of vegetable bases will help achieve intra-city vegetable distribution and distribution. The integration of production and marketing has created conditions.Based on the survey data of 212 farmer households in vegetable bases in Shandong Province, this paper uses system dynamics to construct a causal relationship diagram and a flow stock diagram for the new mode of operation, and simulates the results.The research results show that the intra-city distribution vegetable supply chain innovation model is more traditional The e-commerce supply chain model has obvious advantages in terms of cost control and improvement of profitability.This model has positive significance in promoting farmers’ income, stabilizing prices of agricultural products, and resisting shock risks caused by disasters.
