高频聚焦超声联合双极射频技术在女性腹部融脂紧肤中的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高频聚焦超声联合双极射频治疗对女性腹部脂肪肥厚和皮肤松弛的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年6月至2021年5月在本院采用高频聚焦超声联合射频技术进行腹部融脂紧肤治疗的女性病例,按照是否有妊娠分娩史分为妊娠分娩组和无妊娠分娩组,所有患者均接受3组次治疗,1次高频聚焦超声和1次双极射频治疗为1组,每次治疗间隔1周,交替进行。在治疗前和最后一次治疗后2周测量脐周腹围和最粗腹围,并对患者的治疗结果满意度评分。结果妊娠分娩组和无妊娠分娩组治疗前后的脐周腹围、最粗腹围相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而有无妊娠分娩组患者治疗满意度的组间差异无统计学意义。患者均未发生不良反应。结论高频聚焦超声联合双极射频治疗是减轻腹部皮下脂肪和紧致皮肤的一种安全有效的方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high intensity focused ultrasound combined with bipolar radiofrequency(bio-RF)in the treatment of female abdominal fat hypertrophy and skin relaxation.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the female patients who were treated with High Intensity Focused Ultrasound combined with bio-RF technology in abdomen in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2021.They were divided into pregnancy delivery group and non pregnancy delivery group according to the history of pregnancy and delivery.All patients received three times of treatment.One time of high intensity focused ultrasound and one time of bipolar-RF treatment were grouped into one group,with an interval of one week.The periumbilical abdominal circumference and the coarsest abdominal circumference were measured before treatment and 2 weeks after the last treatment,the satisfaction score of the treatment result was scored.Results There were significant differences in periumbilical abdominal circumference and the coarsest abdominal circumference between the pregnancy delivery group and non pregnancy delivery group before and after treatment(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the treatment satisfaction between the two groups.None of the patients had adverse reactions.Conclusion High intensity focused ultrasound combined with bipolar radiofrequency is a safe and effective method to reduce abdominal lipolysis and skin tighten.
