“阿胶-鳖甲胶”对大鼠子宫肌瘤的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究阿胶鳖甲胶对模型大鼠子宫肌瘤的影响。方法选用雌性SD大鼠,随机分为空白组、模型组、米非司酮组[2.92 mg/(kg·d)]、阿胶低、高剂量[0.31 g/(kg·d),0.94 g/(kg·d)]组、鳖甲胶低、高剂量[0.94 g/(kg·d),2.5 g/(kg·d)]组。除空白组,各组均采用雌孕激素负荷法造成雌性大鼠子宫肌瘤模型,造模为期8周。于第5周起经口给予纯水、阿胶煎液、鳖甲胶煎液和米非司酮药液,为期8周。给药结束后,通过比较子宫系数、血液流变学参数、血清雌激素(E_(2))、孕激素(P)、促卵泡生长激素(FSH)和促黄体生成素水平(LH)来评价阿胶、鳖甲胶对模型大鼠子宫肌瘤的作用。结果①与模型组相比,阿胶高剂量组和鳖甲胶低、高剂量组均能显著降低子宫系数,阿胶高剂量组和鳖甲胶高剂量组显著下调子宫分角根部直径;②与模型组相比,阿胶高剂量和鳖甲胶高剂量组能显著改善子宫组织的病理状况;③与模型组相比,阿胶高剂量组和鳖甲胶高剂量组能显著降低全血高切/低切黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳时间和卡松黏度,鳖甲胶高剂量组还能降低全血中切黏度;④与模型组相比,高/低剂量的阿胶组和高/低剂量的鳖甲胶组均能下调E2,鳖甲胶高剂量组可进一步下调P水平,高剂量的阿胶和高剂量的鳖甲胶能够上调FSH和LH水平。结论高剂量的阿胶、鳖甲胶可能通过改善血液流变学、降低E2、上调FSH和LH起到治疗子宫肌瘤的作用。Objective To observe the effects of Ejiao(Asini Corii Colla)and trtle carapace glue on rats with uterine fibroids.Methods The female SD rats were divided randomly into the control group,the model group,the mifepristone group[2.92 mg/(kg·d)],the low and high dose groups of Ejiao(Asini Corii Colla)[0.31 g/(kg·d),0.94 g/(kg·d)]and the low and high dose groups of trtle carapace glue[0.94 g/(kg·d),2.5 g/(kg·d)].Except the control group,the rats were injected with estradiol and progesterone to establish uterine fibroids-like model for 8 weeks.From the fifth week after the first sex hormone injection,the rats were treated with purified water or decoction of Ejiao(Asini Corii Colla)or trtle carapace glue or mifeoristone orally for 8 weeks.At the end of experimental course,the uterine organ coefficient was calculated,and the levels of hemorheology and serum sex hormone were detected.Results①Compared with those of the model group,the high dose group of Ejiao(Asini Corii Colla)and the low and high dose group of trtle carapace glue could significantly reduce the uterine coefficient.The high dose group of Ejiao(Asini Corii Colla)and the high dose group of trtle carapace glue could significantly reduce the diameter of the uterine angular root.②Compared with those of the model group,the high dose of Ejiao(Asini Corii Colla)and trtle carapace glue could significantly improve the pathological condition of uterine.③Compared with those of the model group,the high dose group of Ejiao(Asini Corii Colla)and high dose group of trtle carapace glue could significantly reduce whole blood high and low shear viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte electrophoresis time and Casson viscosity.The high dose group of trtle carapace glue could also reduce whole blood medium shear viscosity.④Compared with those of the model group,the high and low dose groups of Ejiao(Asini Corii Colla)and the high and low dose groups of trtle carapace glue could lower the level of E_(2).The high dose group of trtle carapace glue could furth
