摘　　要：冬凌草素是一种二萜类化合物,是中草药冬凌草发挥作用的主要成分。近年来,冬凌草素在抗炎抗肿瘤等方面的作用机制研究取得了重要进展。综述了冬凌草素的抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗纤维化以及神经保护作用等及其作用机制。Oridonin is a diterpenoid and has many biological activities,such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,neuroprotective and so on.It is the main component of Chinese herbal medicine Donglingcao(Rabdosia rubescens).In recent years,great progress has been made in the study of the mechanism of oridonin in anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor.This article reviewed the anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,anti-fibrosis,neuroprotective and other effects of oridonin and its mechanisms.
