益气凉血安宫汤联合益母草片治疗产后子宫复旧不全效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析益气凉血安宫汤联合益母草片治疗产后子宫复旧不全的效果。方法选取医院2017年12月—2019年4月收治的产后子宫复旧不全患者110例,采用随机数字法分为两组。两组患者均给予头孢拉定胶囊治疗,观察组加用益气凉血安宫汤联合益母草片治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率(94.55%,52/55)高于对照组(81.82%,45/55),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗中医证候积分、子宫三径组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后中医证候积分(6.46±1.52)分、子宫三径(10.45±2.02)cm低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前患者白细胞计数(WBC)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血流动力学指标水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后患者子宫动脉收缩期峰值流速(PSV)高于对照组。WBC、IL-8、TNF-α水平及子宫动脉阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气凉血安宫汤联合益母草片治疗产后子宫复旧不全可减轻患者炎症反应,改善子宫动脉血流动力学,促子宫复旧。Objective To analyze the effect of Yiqi Liangxue Angong Decoction(益气凉血安宫汤)combined with Yimu Tablet(益母草片)in the treatment of postnatal uterine insufficiency.Methods A total of 110 patients with postpartum uterine insufficiency treated in our hospital from December 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.All the patients in the two groups were treated with cefradine capsule.The observation group was treated with Yiqi Liangxue Angong Decoction combined with Yimucao Tablet.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(94.55%,52/55)was higher than that of the control group(88.82%,45/55).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of TCM syndromes and the three paths of uterus(P>0.05).After treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was(6.46±1.52)points,and the third diameter of uterus[(10.45±2.02)cm]was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in leukocyte count(WBC),IL-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)or hemodynamic indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The peak systolic velocity of uterine artery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment.The level of PSV in the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The number of WBC,levels of IL-8,TNF-α,RI and PI were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Liangxue Angong Decoction combined with Yimucao Tablet in the treatment of postpartum uterine regurgitation can reduce the inflammatory reaction,improve the hemodynamics of uterine artery and promote the recovery of uterus.
