摘　　要：目的观察腰痹通胶囊结合塞来昔布在缓解椎间盘退变性腰痛中的应用价值及对炎症因子的影响。方法选择2018年9月—2020年5月医院收治的椎间盘退变性腰痛患者96例,依据随机对照法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组患者口服塞来昔布治疗,200 mg/次,1次/d。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,口服腰痹通胶囊治疗。1.26 g/次,3次/d。两组分别治疗30 d。比较两组治疗疗效,比较两组治疗前后VAS评分、ODI评分和RMDQ评分、CRP、IL-6和NO水平、SF-36评分。结果观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分、ODI评分和RMDQ评分均较治疗前降低,组间结果比较显示,观察组治疗后VAS评分、ODI评分和RMDQ评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后炎症因子CRP、IL-6和NO水平较治疗前降低,组间结果比较显示,观察组治疗后炎症因子CRP、IL-6和NO水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康等评分较治疗前升高,组间结果比较显示,观察组治疗后生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康等评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腰痹通胶囊结合塞来昔布治疗椎间盘退变性腰痛疗效显著,可有效地改善腰痛患者的疼痛程度及腰部功能障碍,提高腰部活动能力,降低炎症症状,提高治疗疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the application value of Yaobitong Capsule(腰痹通胶囊)combined with celixib in the relief of intervertebral disc degenerative low back pain and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods Ninety-six patients with intervertebral disc degeneration and low back pain admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the randomized control method,48 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with celecoxib orally,200 mg/time,once a day.On the basis of treatment in the control group,the observation group was treated with Yibitong Capsule orally,1.26g/time,3 times/d.The two groups were treated for 30 days respectively.VAS score,ODI score,RMDQ score,levels of CRP,IL-6 and NO,and SF-36 score were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).VAS scores,ODI scores and RMDQ scores after treatment were all lower in the two groups than those before treatment.Comparison of results between the two groups showed that VAS scores,ODI scores and RMDQ scores after treatment were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors CRP,IL-6 and NO in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment.The comparison of results between the two groups showed that the levels of inflammatory factors CRP,IL-6 and NO in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,physical pain,social function,emotional function and mental health of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment.The comparison of results between the two groups showed that the scores of physical function,physical pain,social function,emotional function and mental health of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of
