凉膈散联合商阳穴刺血治疗急性智齿冠周炎临床运用

摘　　要：目的探讨凉膈散联合商阳穴刺血治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法随机将医院2019年6月—2020年6月诊治76例急性智齿冠周炎患者分为对照组和治疗组,两组各38例,对照组口服甲硝唑治疗,治疗组采用凉膈散联合商阳穴刺血治疗,5 d为1个疗程。观察两组患者临床疗效,临床症状(牙龈红肿、张口度、面部肿胀)积分情况,评价患者视觉模拟评分(VAS评分),检测患者C反应蛋白(CRP)和CD64水平,记录不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率为94.74%(36/38),对照组总有效率为78.95%(30/38),治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者临床症状积分显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者VAS评分较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者CRP、CD64水平均显著下降(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率高于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论凉膈散联合商阳穴刺血治疗急性智齿冠周炎疗效显著,可有效改善患者牙龈红肿、张口疼痛、面部肿胀等症状,提高患者免疫功能,且安全无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Liangge Powder(凉膈散)combined with Shangyang(LI1)pricking blood in the treatment of acute wisdom tooth pericoronitis.Methods A total of 76 patients with acute wisdom tooth pericoronitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral metronidazole and the treatment group was treated with Liangge Powder combined with Shangyang(LI1)pricking blood treatment,5 days as a course of treatment.We observed the clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms(red and swollen gums,painful mouth opening,facial swelling)scores of the two groups,evaluated the visual analog score(VAS score)of the patients,detected the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and CD64,and recorded the occurrence of adverse reactions and patients’tolerance.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.74%(36/38),and that of the control group was 78.95%(30/38).The treatment group’s rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05)and the treatment group’s scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group’s VAS scroe was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CRP and CD64 of the two groups were decreased significantly(P<0.05).The treatment group’s levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that of the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Liangge Powder combined with Shangyang(LI1)pricking blood is effective in treating acute wisdom tooth pericoronitis.It can effectively improve the symptoms of gingival swelling,mouth pain and facial swelling,and improve the patients’immune function.It is
