补肾调肝方加减治疗肾虚肝郁型不孕疗效及对E_(2)、FSH水平及受孕能力的影响

摘　　要：目的分析补肾调肝方加减治疗肾虚肝郁型不孕对患者雌二醇(E_(2))、促卵泡生成素(FSH)水平及受孕能力的影响。方法收集医院2018年2月—2020年2月收治的肾虚肝郁型不孕患者124例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与联合组。对照组给予常规西药治疗,联合组给予常规西药联合补肾调肝方加减治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果联合组和对照组的总有效率分别为91.94%(57/62)和79.03%(49/62)(P<0.05)。联合组优势卵泡数量[(1.36±1.46)个]小于对照组,卵泡直径[(15.02±1.21)mm]大于对照组,排卵率(83.87%,52/62)、妊娠率(54.84%)高于对照组,流产率(3.22%,2/62)低于对照组。两组治疗前血清激素水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合组治疗后E_(2)、孕酮(P)水平高于对照组,FSH水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前子宫动脉搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合组治疗后子宫动脉PI、RI水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾调肝方加减治疗肾虚肝郁型不孕疗效显著,可改善血清激素的表达水平和子宫动脉血流,提高妊娠率。Objective To analyze the effect of Bushen Tiaogan Recipe(补肾调肝方)on estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and pregnant capacity in patients with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation infertility.Methods From February 2018 to February 2020,124 infertile patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression were selected and divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the combination group was treated with routine western medicine combined with Bushen Tiaogan Recipe.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 91.94%(57/62)in the combination group and 79.03%(49/62)in the control group.The total effective rate in the combination group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of dominant follicles in the combination group(1.36±1.46)was smaller than that in the control group.The follicle diameter[(15.02±1.21)mm]in the combination group was larger than that in the control group.The ovulation rate(83.87%,52/62)and the pregnancy rate(54.84%,34/62)were higher than those in the control group.The abortion rate was lower than that of the control group(3.22%,2/62).There was no significant difference in serum hormone level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of E2 and progesterone(P)in the combination group after treatment were higher than those in the control group.The level of FSH in the control group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in RI or PI between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of PI and RI of uterine artery in the combination group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Tiaogan Recipe is effective in the treatment of infertility due to kidney deficiency and liver stagnation.It can improve the expression level of serum hormone and uterine artery blood flow and increase the pregnancy rate.
