摘 要:本研究通过磁场成型技术制备高取向度、高剩磁比的BaFe_(12)O_(19)六角铁氧体;研究助烧剂对BaFe_(12)O_(19)六角铁氧体剩磁比、矫顽力、气孔率及铁磁共振线宽的影响;通过铁磁共振线宽测试,分析各向异性致宽、气孔致宽对铁磁共振线宽的贡献。测试结果表明,样品的最优剩磁比为0.87,铁磁共振线宽为220Oe。分析结果表明,铁磁共振线宽主要来源于气孔致宽,且磁场成型技术和助烧剂都有利于降低材料的铁磁共振线宽。BaFe_(12)O_(19) hexaferrite with high orientation and remanence ratio was prepared by magnetic-field forming technology.The effects of sintering aids on remanence ratio,coercivity,porosity and ferromagnetic resonance linewidth of BaFe_(12)O_(19) hexaferrite were studied.The contribution of the crystalline anisotropy and porosity induced linewidth to ferromagnetic resonance linewidth were analyzed through ferromagnetic resonance linewidth measurement.The test results show that the optimal remanence ratio is 0.87 and the ferromagnetic resonance line width is 220 Oe.The analysis shows that the ferromagnetic resonance linewidth is mainly from the porosity induced linewidth,and the magnetic-field forming technology and sintering aids are beneficial to reduce the ferromagnetic resonance linewidths.
