摘  要:采用碳化处理和弹性体封装的方法制备了高灵敏度和较大拉伸应变范围的碳化腈纶基应变式传感器。使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、高分辨率透射电镜(HRTEM)等多种测试手段对传感器基材的微观形貌、分子基团、元素含量、晶格条纹和分子结构进行表征。研究表明碳化处理的传感器基材形貌未发生明显变化,碳化后氰基、亚甲基消失,碳碳双键等基团出现,并且出现了类石墨化的晶格条纹。经过弹性体封装制备的碳化腈纶基可穿戴传感器具有高灵敏度(125.2),较大的拉伸应变范围(≥50%),良好的循环耐用性能(>1000次)。在对人体关节活动测试上表现出优越的电学性能,显示出碳化腈纶基可穿戴传感器在柔性可穿戴和人工智能领域的巨大应用潜力。Carbonized acrylic strain sensors with high sensitivity and large strain range were prepared by carbonization and elastomer encapsulation.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),High resolution transmission electron microscope(HRTEM)and Raman spectroscopy were used to characterize the micromorphology,chemical groups,element content,lattice fringe and molecular structure of the sensor substrate.The results show that the morphology of the carbonized sensor substrate has negligible changes.After carbonization,cyano group and methylene group disappear,while double carbon bond and graphitized lattice stripes are observed.For the as-prepared strain sensor,the gauge factor(GF)is up to 125.2,the strain range reaches 50%at maximum.Moreover,the sensor’s stretching-releasing results are consistent after being tested for more than 1000 times.It shows excellent electrical performances in monitoring human joints activity,indicating great potential for future application in wearable electronic and artificial intelligence fields.
