摘 要:以工业废弃物粉煤灰为主要原料,通过改变配料中的硅铝比来制备不同硅铝比的粉煤灰基多孔陶瓷基体。在基体表面负载稀土La,制得La负载粉煤灰基多孔陶瓷。研究了不同硅铝比对多孔陶瓷的物相、形貌、气孔率、酸溶率、体积密度、碎裂应力和La负载的影响。结果表明:钠钙斜长石含量越高,稀土La负载量越高;当硅铝比为1.55时,多孔陶瓷中钠钙斜长石含量为82%,负载La后Cr(Ⅵ)吸附量为0.7845 mg/g。Fly ash was used as a main raw material to produce porous ceramics with different ratios of Si/Al.Then lanthanum(La)ions were deposited on the surface of such porous ceramics.The effects of varying Si/Al ratio on the bulk density,microstructure,porosity,acid corrosion resistance,bulk density and fracture strength of the porous ceramic and its ability to be used as the carrier for La ion were studied.The result showed that the concentration of La on the inner surface of the porous ceramic increase with the rise in the crystallinity of the plagioclase.After the deposition of La,the capacity of the as produced porous ceramic to adsorb Cr(Ⅵ)ion could reach to 0.7845 mg/g.
