肾康宁胶囊联合吗替麦考酚酯治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肾康宁胶囊联合吗替麦考酚酯治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法选择2020年2月—12月在河南科技大学第一附属医院治疗的96例慢性肾小球肾炎患者为研究对象,根据用药的差别分为对照组和治疗组,每组各48例。对照组口服吗替麦考酚酯片,1 g/次,2次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上口服肾康宁胶囊,5粒/次,3次/d。两组患者均治疗3个月。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者中医症状改善时间,肾功能指标血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)和24h尿蛋白定量(24 h Upro)水平及血清结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)、白细胞诱素-1(Lkn-1)、金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平和胱抑素C(Cys-C)水平。结果经治疗,对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为81.25%、97.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗,治疗组中医症状改善时间上明显早于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗,两组BUN、SCr、24 h Upro水平均下降(P<0.05),且治疗组更明显(P<0.05)。经治疗,两组患者血清CTGF、Lkn-1、TIMP-1、CysC、VEGF水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论肾康宁胶囊联合吗替麦考酚酯片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎可有效改善患者临床症状,改善患者肾功能,促进机体细胞因子水平改善。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenkangning Capsules combined with mycophenolate mofetil in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods Patients(96 cases) with chronic glomerulonephritis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from February 2020 to December 2020 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the difference of medication, and each group had 48 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Mycophenolate Mofetil Tablets, 1 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shenkangning Capsules, 5 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, the improvement time of TCM symptoms, renal function indexes Scr, BUN, and 24 h Upro, and the levels of serum CTGF,Lkn-1, TIMP-1, VEGF, and Cys-C in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 81.25% and 97.92%, respectively(P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of BUN, Scr, and 24 h Upro were significantly decreased in two groups(P < 0.05), especially in the treatment group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of CTGF, Lkn-1, TIMP-1, Cys-C, and VEGF were significantly decreased in two groups(P < 0.05), especially in the treatment group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Shenkangning Capsules combined with mycophenolate mofetil in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve the renal function, and promote the improvement of the level of cytokines.
