摘 要:新疆五鑫铜业有限责任公司采用Ausmelt铜冶炼技术,电炉贫化渣含铜量为0.5%~0.7%,比国内一些正在开采利用的原生铜矿品位还要高,具有极大的利用潜力。为了使有价金属铜尽可能地回收,达到更低的渣含铜目的,将等离子体技术用于铜渣贫化并开展了试验探索。结果表明,等离子体具有的瞬间高温特性可以打破渣中无定形玻璃体包裹,使铜粒子聚集长大,从而降低渣含铜量;在以氮气作为工作气体、气体流量40 L/min、反应时间20 min、静置120 min的试验条件下,等离子体反应可以将电炉渣含铜降低至0.36%;添加焦炭能提高等离子贫化反应效率,贫化后可将渣含铜降至0.3%以下。Xinjiang Wuxin Copper Industry Co.Ltd.adopts Ausmelt copper smelting technology,and the copper content in the depleted slag of the electric furnace is 0.5%—0.7%,which is higher than copper grade of some native copper mines in China and has great potential for utilization.In order to recover valuable copper as much as possible and achieve the goal of lower copper content in slag,plasma technology was used to explore the dilution of copper slag.The results show that the plasma can break the amorphous vitreous wrap in the slag,make the copper particles gather and grow up,and reduce the copper content of the slag.Under the experimental conditions of nitrogen as the working gas,gas flow rate of 40 L/min,reaction time of 20 min and standing for 120 min,the copper content in the slag can be reduced to 0.36%by plasma reaction.The addition of coke can improve the plasma dilution reaction efficiency and reduce the copper content of slag to less than 0.3%after dilution.
