摘 要:铜冶炼渣浮选尾渣中的铁含量远高于我国铁矿石的平均品位。为了实现铜冶炼渣选铜尾矿的资源化利用,选取云南某炼铜企业的铜冶炼渣浮选铜尾矿为原料,采用无烟煤为还原剂,利用煤基还原技术制备铁炭微电解填料,并研究所制备铁炭微电解填料对水溶液中甲基橙的降解性能。重点研究了铁炭微电解材料制备工艺参数条件对降解甲基橙的影响。结果表明,在焙烧温度1300℃、焙烧时间60 min、无烟煤用量为铜冶炼渣选铜尾矿质量30%的条件下制备的填料对甲基橙降解的效果最好,提高填料用量可以增加降解效果。在甲基橙初始pH值为2~10的条件下,用填料处理30 min,甲基橙的脱除率接近100%。Flotation of copper smelting slag will produce a large amount of tailings,and the iron content in the tailings is much higher than the average grade of iron ore in my country.In order to realize the resource utilization of copper flotation tailings,this study selected copper flotation tailings of a copper smelting enterprise in Yunnan as the raw material,anthracite as the reducing agent,and the coal-based reduction method was used to prepare micro-electrolytic fillers.The effect of filler preparation process conditions on its treatment of methyl orange was studied.The results show that the micro-electrolysis filler prepared under the conditions for treating the simulated of mass ratio of anthracite to copper slag flotation tailings 30%,roasting temperature at 1300℃for 60 min has the best degradation effect on treatment of the methyl orange.Increasing the amount of filler can promote the degradation effect.When the initial pH value ranges from 2 to 10,the removal rate of methyl orange is close to 100%after being treated with fillers for 30 min.
