摘 要:贵州铅锌冶炼区造成的土壤重金属积累及其对农产品安全的影响问题比较突出,成为"让老百姓吃的放心"的制约因素。土壤中重金属的生物有效性是反映土壤-植物体系重金属的重要指标。采用贵州典型铅锌冶炼区土壤开展盆栽试验,种植了当地代表性作物芸豆(茄果类蔬菜),研究作物可食部分重金属的富集特征与土壤理化性质、土壤7种化学提取态(有效态)的相关关系,发现芸豆豆荚富集的Cd浓度与原位土壤溶液(SMS)提取态Cd浓度最为相关,与总量镉相关度最低。比较了总量镉和有效态镉的作物富集系数。研究结果可为建立土壤-植物重金属预测模型提供依据。The accumulation of heavy metals in soil caused by Guizhou lead-zinc smelting area and its impact on the safety of agricultural products are prominent,which has become a restrictive factor for“reassuring people to eat”.The bioavailability of heavy metals in soil is an important index to reflect the heavy metals in soil plant system.In this paper,a pot experiment was conducted on plant kidney beans(eggplant fruits and vegetables),a local representative crop in Guizhou,to study the enrichment characteristics of edible heavy metals in crops and their relationship with soil physical and chemical properties.It was found that the concentration of Cd enriched in kidney bean pods was most correlated with the concentration of Cd extracted from in situ soil solution,and the correlation with total cadmium was the lowest.The crop beneficiation coefficients of total cadmium and available cadmium were compared,which provided a basis for the establishment of soil plant heavy metal prediction model.
