摘　　要：完整、准确、一致、规范的数据是实施不动产统一登记的重要基础,是建设不动产登记信息平台、开展信息共享查询的基本前提。土地和房屋作为不动产的主要组成部分,其中数据整合是最为关键的环节,时间紧、难点多、工作量大且涉及面广。本文以南京市为例,在分析业务和数据现状的基础上提出了“标准统一”“急用先行”“整用结合”“联动更新”的整合要求,统筹规划,分步实施,逐步建成了不动产登记数据库,为实现不动产统一登记科学管理、交易安全和数据共享服务提供数据支撑。Complete,accurate,consistent and standardized data is an important basis for the implementation of unified real estate registration,as well as the basic premise for building a real estate registration information platform and carrying out information sharing and query.Land and houses are the main components of real estate,the data integration is the most critical link,there are problems such as tight working hours,many difficulties,heavy workload,and a wide range of issues.The article takes Nanjing as an example,proposes the integration requirements of standard unification,urgent use first,integrated use and linkage update based on the analysis of business and data status.Overall planning,step-by-step implementation,and gradually built a real estate registration database,provide data support for real estate unified registration scientific management,transaction security and data sharing services.
