摘 要:本文首先从接触式和非接触式测量技术的视角,分析足部数据采集与测量方法的优缺点;其次研究基于足部特征尺寸、基于足部曲面定制、基于足部曲面形态分类进行批量定制的足部相关产品设计方法;最后从主观和客观视角,阐述足部相关产品设计评价方法。对国内外文献中涉及到的足部测量技术、足部相关产品造型设计方法、设计评价方法进行分析研究,理清足部相关产品人因设计的国内外研究趋势与一般步骤,用以指导足部相关产品设计。First,from the perspective of contact and non-contact measurement technology,the advantages and disadvantages of the foot data acquisition and measurement methods are analyzed;second,the analysis and research are based on foot feature size,foot surface customization,and foot surface shape classification The design method of foot-related products for mass customization;finally,from the perspective of subjective and objective analysis,the design evaluation method of foot-related products is explained.Analyze and research the foot measurement technology,foot-related product modeling design methods,and design evaluation methods involved in domestic and foreign literature,and clarify the domestic and foreign research trends and general steps in the human factors design of foot-related products to guide the foot Department of related product design.
